to pass the database systems lecture in 5th semester it is necessary to make a program which handles with a database. steffen (a fellow) and i decided to code a ticket-/helpdesk-system.
little description:
employees can submit a ticket which includes topic, description, priority and category of an issue using a webinterface (php). those tickets are processed by administrators of each category (admin has gtk2 gui). data is stored in a mysql database.
